Share of units by days in stock (count and dollars below each band), using the store's pricing ladder. Amber and red bands are aged (181+ days).
Units marked Sold Available (SA) in the DMS. These are deals pending delivery for the month. Their cost stays in Inventory $ above until they deliver; they are not in the unit counts or the tables.
Units and dollars at cost by manufacturer, with aged exposure and this year's retail deliveries.
Unit type mix with inventory dollars at cost (invoice + prep/adds).
Every unit 181+ days in stock, oldest first. "Ladder" flags units tagged below the pricing step their age calls for.
Make/models with 2+ units on the ground. Flagged when the line has no retail deliveries this year, or the units average 181+ days.
Units where the market within 500 miles holds more than 180 days of supply for that model (RVDozer). These are hardest to move at today's price.
New units ordered but not yet received (DMS status O). Dollars are the cost on the order; units the factory hasn't invoiced yet show no cost.
Follows the 2026/27 Performance Expectation (P.E.): the monthly volume plan and ideal stocking goal by model line, and checks them against what is actually selling. When sales fall behind plan the planner flags orders to cancel or push; when sales run ahead it flags what to order.
Blue bar = new units in stock today; teal bar = on order; the dark tick = the Performance Expectation (P.E.) stocking goal. Status compares stock on the ground to the goal (within 10% or 1 unit counts as at P.E.); "With on order" shows where it lands once on-order units arrive. Check "Already ordered" before adding inventory: click it to see every unit on order for that line, brand or category.
Floorplans from brands we carry that are selling quickly within 500 miles (4+ retailed in 90 days and 90 days of supply or less), with none in our stock or on order.
Floorplans we have on order where the market holds 240+ days of supply, or that sold one or fewer in the market in 90 days and none for us this year. First candidates to cancel, push or swap.
Used units the store owns, kept separate from new and consignment. Oldest first.
Units on consignment (owned by the customer). Cost is the consignment payoff. Oldest first.
